Placed an order 4 weeks ago, till this day still not delivered and no track and trace. Out of nowhere i got refunded €70 from my €180 order, they say an item was not in stock. I ordered all items when they where in stock. They did not tell me which item was nog in stock and was refunded. They don’t answer the mails i send them.

I hope i recieve my order this week.

It has been the worst experience i ever had while placing an order from an expensive brand.

You guys screwed up my orders before, but never as bad as this time. For sure not going to be ordering again from you guys. You guys used to be my fav brand but after all this BS yall ain’t worth my money. Never even got an apology for the lies and the bad service. Seems like a bunch of junkies are working at this brand now 🤢 disgusting

i placed 2 weeks ago a medium/big order of almost 400 euros, and it arrived today after 2 weeks. I very satisfied about the merch which arrived, but I give 4 stars for the package tracking not being completely clear

I was tempted to give 3 stars for the shipping prices and for the bad tracking of the delivery but the quality of the overall item it’s perfect. I love it.

Articles have good quality, i can just recommend it to anyone, who likes streetwear. Delivery was a bit of a trouble for me when i pre-purchased the sun glasses, but i didn't mind it.

Ayo so listen. I ordered my new jacket for, like the summertime alright, a jacket not to warm and not to cold either + a lotta style. So I bought myself the “Night blue Jacket hammer corduroy”. It has this huge embroidered ‘Wasted’ print on the back which is awesome, all around corduroy and a little pocket on the inside for lets say some money bills or some keys.
The jacket also arrived in good condition in a week or something which isn’t to bad.

ALSO! Right as I opened the box, the jacket wasn’t the first thing I saw, it were these (unexpected) 8 WastedParis stickers, and let me tell you, the’re fire
as well!!

Now, for the negative stuff, and I’m being completely honest now. I don’t know, there’s not really anything that’s bad in my opinion. Everything is perfect, wait, no hold on the only small thing that wás kind of annoying is that you had to pay for the shipping which was kind of a bummer (this is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars). This doen’t have to do anything with the jacket though.

Well, there’s my review. I’m definitely gonna shop on the online shop in the future again!

Issues with delivery, but resolved after 2 months. Worst was being ignored by customer service after the initial request to fix the shipping issue. Tanguy was helpful at first but then outright ignored me. Used to be a long-term customer for Wasted Paris but I will buy from here no longer.

really really cool brand and really cool clothes! love it! I ordered 2 t-shirts, 2 pants and two knitted sweaters for really cheap money due to spring sales. I live in Denmark and order it in France and it only took 6 days from when I ordered it until I had it in my hands. This is not the last time I order from you. Fantastic! My New favourite brand!

I love the style of wasted paris clothes, but i think they are too expensive. They have a nice quality but most of them are tight and not stretchy.

Ordered item was apparently shipped out. But the customs returned it to the sender due to incorrect shipping papers. Despite a record of this, the company considers the item as delivered and has not shipped a replacement.

It's impossible to contact them over phone, and they only answer with standard text blocks after days when filing a ticket.

Unfortunately the seam was ripped on the bottom of the jacket and I had to pay for the repair. Besides that it’s great!
