Joolz ordered a football jersey from us. We state in all correspondence that the jerseys can take up to 15 business days as we do print and customise this product on demand. On the 12th business day Joolz CALLED US OUT leaving negative comments on our social media posts about the jersey taking 20 days which was untrue. This is our rude, corporate, no vibe, di@£ reply to Joolz on that social media post which unfortunately wasn't personal enough.
Hi Joolz we quote 15 business days for football jerseys. You are on your 12th day today not 20 days. That doesn’t include weekends. Today is the 12th business day and we do quote this next to the product when ordering. I’m sorry if you feel this is a long time but we are transparent about this quoting it next to the product and on the confirmation email.
We then refunded his whole order including shipping so he could spend his hard earned cash with Dreaddy or LoveFootball. We could not see this ending in a satisfactory outcome and felt both parties were best not progressing with the fulfillment of the order. We still sent him out a £30 cap free of charge to show no hard feelings.

Really great stuff!
I was a little hesitant from reading some reviews on here about taking for ever and bad quality so wanted to come on and help this. Although it took a week longer due to a broken printer, when i got my items they were really good quality, i went with over sized "disco" and "chicago house" t shirts on oversized and im a XL and it was such a good fit. And also bought a snap back hat and was great quality! Would highly recommend!
