Our rubbish removal was booked for the afternoon, but a hold up on the motorway caused a delay. I was kept in contact about their arrival by Shubh and Jugraj and I was assured that my job would be completed on the date agreed. They arrived late in the evening, were quiet and respectful to my neighbours and cleared a lot of building rubbish and left the site tidy and clean. They were polite and pleasant and efficient, and I would recommend your company.

Aman and Ajay arrived on time and removed the rubbish quickly.

I recently used WASTEMOVE LTD for waste removal, and I have to say, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked the service, their communication was clear and professional. The team arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to work.

They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and were extremely respectful of my property. What really stood out was the attention to detail — not only did they remove all the waste without any hassle, but they also left the area completely clean, which I really appreciated.

Extremely disappointed, initially wrong quote provided, late cancellation on the first proposed date then on the rearranged second day they arrived with the incorrect vehicle and went away without any items saying they were getting another vehicle, they then turned up hours later with the same van and said they would get our items in for nearly £600 when they opened the van it was already full of other people's stuff and insisted the items would fit which was impossible. We asked them to leave the property after repeated dishonesty and time wasting, two days waiting for nothing. Overselling and under delivering across every conversation. We were very upfront with images, repeat conversations over the amount of items and request for an empty full van of which they agreed without any comment.

I requested to cancel multiple times however they assured me it would be fine.

I would not recommend them in any capacity.

The 2 men called Ansh and Goldy that came to remove my sofas went above and beyond in doing so as it was no easy task, it would not fit through door so they broke it up bit by bit.
Fantastic workers, highly recommend them both.

On time and did the job quickly and cleanly.

Great rates and communication.

They turned up without any brooms or bin bags, I had to supply them both. In the end they took my broom with them. I noticed a few weeks later and asked them to return it but no news.

terrible experience !

arrived very late (4 hours after the appoint)
then they asked more money then the initial quote
and the didn't finish the jobs because the van was super full, and promise me they will come back and take the rest !
Nobody Show Up and when I tried to write back they refused to finish their job!

I called wastemove and they came the same day and Abdullah and his friend kept me up to date with their arrival which was a really helpful thing. Abdullah was very polite and took my large pile of unwanted household waste. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Hard to communicate at first but the guys Ansh and Goldy turned up and did the best job clearing our office. 5 hours none stop & cleaned the lift and communal areas before leaving.
Highly recommend
