Kirk, the salesman was very helpful. Dispatch, on the other hand was very inadequate. Started calling at 10 am of delivery date as instructed to get ETA. Put on hold and then told driver would call 30 minutes prior to drop. Called numerous times and then at 230 pm was told it was dropped at 11 am. I need to be there for proper placement plus I was on hold for more than an hour unnecessarily.

We do apologize you were on hold for a long period of time. That is never our intention. As it is illegal for drivers to pick up the phone while they are driving, there are times when there are prolonged hold times, so we can wait for the drivers to be at a stopping point to pick up. We do request for the drivers to call, but we can not guarantee that they will remember as there are a lot of moving parts while driving a commercial vehicle. Again, we do apologize that you did not receive a phone call before the delivery and you were put on hold for that long.
