A fraction of the cost compared to 800–JUNK.
Did what they said they would when they said they’d do it. Not a big deal, but I learned afterward there is a surcharge for extra weight over allowance in the dumpster. In my case, only &13, but something to consider when you get a quote. I gave very specific instructions on the placement of the dumpster and they executed perfectly. Jeffrey was great to work with. Linda – the honest answer is that we failed you. It is our policy to send weight tickets to anyone that questions additional charges due to weight. We listened to the call, and we failed to offer you that weight ticket. As of 8/10/2023, we emailed you the weight ticket, as well as followed up with a phone call to discuss any questions you may have. Again, we do apologize and have corrected this internally, as we value each and every customer that chooses to use us for a dumpster rental.
Great price and professional customer service!
Amber was most helpful and accommodating. The price was better than local competition. Dumpster arrived on-time as requested.
