Didn't follow the instructions to place the dumpster and left it on the road. It is way more expensive than others.

After speaking to you about how wide the gate was, we should have put it on the concrete slab as discussed. We've addressed it internally with the driver, so we can continue to get better. Again, we accept full responsibility and we apologize that the dumpster was not exactly where you wanted it.

Need of Overage Invoice
The dumpster was delivered, and placed where it needed to be, and picked up on time as agreed upon. However, the rating I gave is based on attempts at getting an invoice for the overage costing an additional $700.00. I was told that the overage weighed 7.22 tons. The limit of 2 tons is included in the rental agreement. I took the 150 sq ft concrete patio down myself, no help, which included dirt removal under the concrete. The total height of material removed was 14-15 inches. How could that possibly be 9.22 tons worth of concrete and dirt? Please, send the invoice for the overage. The rental was out of Chattanooga, Tn.

We believe you have received all the invoices that you requested, as well as a weight ticket for total weight. Regarding the total weight of the dumpster, concrete and dirt are both very dense materials and the weight adds up very quickly. We have a tool on our website that shows how much your concrete would have approximately weighed. Please keep in mind that this does not include additional dirt. We do appreciate you allowing us to earn your business and we hope that you use us in the future.
