I was given a delivery date of Monday…
I was given a delivery date of Monday May 5th and.now I am being told Tuesday. In addition due to no fault of my own if I need to cancel it will be a 6 percent charge which amounts to $37.00. At no time during my reservation process was I told I would be charged a fee to cancel if it was not same day. In addition this is an issue on ypur companies end and nothing I did so being penalized for ypur logistics error is unacceptable.

I wish I could give a negative star…
I wish I could give a negative star value to this company. Worst company EVER! Stephanie took my order and scheduled the delivery of the dumpster for Friday. She never sent me the contract or the receipt for the transaction. So I called her back and that is when she switch the story saying they had a issue with their truck and that they were not going to be able to get me the dumpster on Friday and that they switched for first thing Monday morning. I wasted my whole morning waiting and having my workers waiting on a dumpster that only showed up half way through the day (more wasted time waiting) The owner of our company was there and he spoke with the driver that told him the dumpster was liking oil. He was able to see it and the piece of junk they sent was completely unacceptable! There was oil liking fro it and they offer no protection (plywood or anything) to protect the driveway. This is a new construction property with brand new pavers. There was no way we could’ve accept that, since they take no ownership of any issues after. So I called them to cancel and was told that they were going to keep $250 as their cancellation fee!!!! What a joke!!!! This company is horrible and that is how they make money…taking advantage of people! They took our money prior to providing us a copy of the contract which was then altered to reflect Monday’s date for the delivery and their equipment is definitely a joke! Now they are keeping our money and they are refusing to return it! Horrible service! Low quality product. If you are looking for a responsible, reliable and honorable company, please stay way from them!!!

We listened to the calls, and you had wanted the dumpster Monday, which is what we attempted to accomplish. The driver arrived at 9:30AM, and was rejected because he did not have plywood with him.
As per our terms, we do not carry plywood on the trucks, as this is the responsibility of the homeowner. In addition, oil is a restricted item and is not transported in the dumpsters. We are not sure what you saw, but it could not have been oil, as landfills also do not accept this type of material.
We offered to redeliver a dumpster out tomorrow, but you said you wanted to cancel your rental. As per the terms and the receipt, we do normally charge a cancellation fee as fuel, driver time, etc... are not free.
We did reduce the cancellation fee to try and help further.
Working with Amber has been wonderful.

Waste Removal USA no show no call
Waste Removal USA scheduled my dumpster, never showed up, didn’t call and sent me an email saying they were picking up the dumpster that never showed up. No apology or ownership. Use anyone else
