Communication is great and delivery is prompt. We had to call for a swap, which was scheduled for the next day.

So far, the representative assisting me with what I contacted the company for to help me discard refuse and/or garbage not being picked up by the contracted affiliate (Meridian), has done magnificently. I spoke with Amber who was exceptional in explaining all the details of my dumpster rental committment. She was patient and very knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with a previous dumpster rental company, it was refreshing to deal with this company. I would recommend this company for future dempster rentals.

Overall, it was a good if not excellent experience. I rented a dumpster for a residential clean-up project. The drivers who bring the dumpster and pick up the dumpster are professional and courteous. I talked with Amber on the phone initially to inquire and she was also excellent in quoting me prices. She was the reason I chose this company. When I called back and purchased the rental it was also an excellent experience. I did not talk with Amber and do not remember the name of the woman who helped me. I DO know that she told me to call IF we finished with the dumpster BEFORE the 14 day rental period was over. Otherwise, I was under the assumption that they would pick up the dumpster when the rental agreement was over. The 14th day came, and they did not pick up the dumpster. I checked my email on this day and saw that they sent me an email stating they did not pick up unless called or emailed which I immediately did. Of course, they could not pick up on this day and made an appointment to pick up the following day. They then charged me for 2 days extra. I feel that I was not told this initially when I talked to them and made arrangements to rent. I feel like I questioned the process thoroughly and was deliberately not told that I had to call. I was only told to call IF I finished early. With that said I would rent with them again if I ever have a need, BUT I am aware NOW that I would have to call to pick up. If one agrees to a 14 day rental, then one expects them to pick on the last day of that agreement. Especially when it was NOT told upfront. I do not like hidden charges. The woman on the phone told me I agreed to call, but I certainly did not OR I would have called. SO, BE AWARE of this if you use this company. Thanks, JBrooks
