Great Customer Service and Competitive Pricing
I had made a reservation for a 15-yard dumpster towards the end of the week for a Monday delivery. The Customer Service specialists called me late that afternoon stating that they ran out of 15-yard dumpsters, but they would substitute it for a 20 yard dumpster - unfortunately it would not fit in our condo parking space. The customer service specialists said "no worries, I will make it work and get you the 15-yard dumpster." Low and behold the correct dumpster showed up on Monday. Great company to work with, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing.

omg... I had to make calls incessantly AND have the person running my job make constant calls BOTH to get the dumpsters delivered (as they were promised) AND to have them picked up as we scheduled. (We got ever excuse you can imagine.) There was NO call needed to take my payment of $1400, which was IMMEDIATE. I am NOT happy nor will ever use this company again.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced over the past 2 weeks. As you can hopefully understand, we were under unprecedented circumstances with the 2 hurricanes that had not hit our area in 100 years. We unfortunately had to push back all deliveries to remove as many dumpsters as possible from the coast--mainly hospitals, schools, and other key infrastructure as mandated by FEMA and our local government. Once we came back from evacuating, multiple landfills were closed, which caused massive delays at the landfills that remained open.
Thankfully, we were able to deliver your 2 dumpsters after Helene, and we were able to swap them out successfully after Milton.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive to get better at our communication. Our Director of Customer Experience, Ben, also reached out to you, to ensure you have the best resolution possible with your rental experience.

Made lots of excuses and promises but never delivered the dumpster.

There’s a dumpsters across the street that’s larger than the one I requested. Bottom line is I was left hanging for 2 weeks while mold was growing in my duplex and it may be another 2 weeks before I can get a dumpster from another company.

We were not able to physically place it in the driveway as we saw low power lines, a water main next to the driveway, and the narrow width of the street to maneuver the truck. We have also had issues with over-saturated ground causing our trucks to sink.

Promise delivery and never came then I canceled. They charged me 6%. If you had zero stars I would put zero you are the most horrible company on the face of the Earth. I’m in construction and I will never recommend you for anything.

Your dumpster was ordered on 10/3 and scheduled for delivery on 10/7. The dumpster size was also changed on Saturday 10/5 from a 10 yard dumpster to a 20 yard dumpster. We then communicated that we would not be able to deliver on 10/7 because of the ground saturation levels and the imminent arrival of Hurricane Milton. Dropping the dumpster off would have been an unnecessary risk to your property.

Ordered and received confirmation of a dumpster that was then rescheduled by the company and NEVER DELIVERED!
This was to support a relief effort organized in the New Port Richey Area. Volunteers were unable to organize or dispose of debris for a community devastated by a recent storm.
Promises were made and broken, the relief effort directly suffered as a result of being unable to dispose of debris.

These are unprecedented times with 2 acts of God in short succession. We had your dumpster on schedule, and unfortunately, it was delayed due to FEMA and our local government shutting down 2 landfills. We were forced to have our trucks drive over an hour away to the closest landfill. In addition to the drive, we had to wait 60-90 minutes in line once the trucks arrived at the landfill. We are truly sorry that the dumpster could not be delivered as originally scheduled.
