AVOID!

AVOID!! AVOID!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF £150 AND LEFT THE MAJORITY OF THE RUBBISH. BE WARNED The 5* reviews on Google DO NOT belong to the new owners of this company. They belong to the previous owner Edward, who wrote a review himself of how "dodgy" these guys are after receiving so many complaints. You can find Edward's review on Britainfirm.com.

I booked this company in June 2022 to do a  garden clearance. It was an emergency as my previous company let me down at the last minute and I had an open house on the Saturday the same week and desperately needed the garden rubbish cleared. I spoke to a guy and a price was agreed of £180.  I was so grateful he could fit me in and at first, he was amicable and accommodating. I sent  him pictures of all the rubbish. Within an hour, a man and woman turned up in a small Hertz van. When they opened the doors, the van was virtually full. I explained there would be nowhere near enough room to take all my rubbish and he said he would get in what he could. I said it ALL needed to go today as agreed. He loaded a washing machine, 2 broken kitchen cabinets, some pirces of flat wood and a few tins of paint. Nothing else would fit in his van. He rang his "boss" who instructed him to get more in the van. I was outside with them and told his boss nothing more would going to fit as the van was full when it arrived. I explained I expected an empty van as I'd sent photos of how much rubbish there was to take. He said if I didn't pay £150 before his guy left, everything on the van would be unloaded and put back in my garden!!! I told him he had not even taken a quarter of the rubbish and It was nowhere near £150 worth!! It would appear he likes to threaten women. I paid the £150.  The guy who loaded the van then dropped a 7.5 litre tin of paint onto the hardstand and pavement ..... and left it there. Made no effort whatsoever to clean it up.

I called twice the following day, left a voicemail and sent 2 messages on WhatsApp. There was no response, apology, explanation or communication to any of my messages. I knew I'd been ripped off, as they had £150 of my money and £180 was ALL the money I had to clear the garden.

Their website states "you only pay for what we take ". In my case, they took next to nothing, but most of my money. I was left with a garden full of rubbish in and £150 down.  Threatening a woman to pay up for a job that wasn't even a quarter complete, or they unload everything, obviously inflates their tiny little egos and makes them feel masculine  AVOID THEM AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE.

Incredible service!

Incredible service!
Booked us in a day after we contacted them about a large garden clearance, gave accurate price for the service. Gave confirmation on the day of the clearance, and let us know when they had nearly arrived. Friendly as soon as they arrived at the door!
Got the job done in an hour and a half to an emaculate condition. The clearance was large including the knocking down of 2 sheds, this was all done professionally and cleared up the entire garden before they left.
Would 10/10 recommend and would most definitely use waste wagon again!
Thank you lads.
