Poor service
All the long sleeve shirts are to big. I sent an email on 29 November requesting an exchange as the website says "free and easy returns". To date no feedback received. I phoned today and was told i have to courier the items back at my expense and pay to have it sent back to me. So much for "Free and Easy Exchange". First and definitely my last purchase.

Trouser order
Ordered two sets of trousers and was quite nervous ordering clothing without ever seeing the items.

If there was a 0 out of 10 they will be getting it from me. Placed an order on Monday by Wednesday nothing was shipped. I had to call to find out that item ordered was out of stock, and changed my order. Was told delivery would take place by Friday. Nothing. Saturday morning when I enquired my order was shipped off to another address and pin phone number who it was delivered to was different. Then they came back and told me that I need to sort this out with the courier. I was then told that the order will arrive the following Wednesday after Father's Day. Rather buy Penn or Kway where you are assured that you will get your products delivered in time. Zero customer service exists from this "company".

The shirt size was very big compared to other shirts I buy, Columbia and Old Kaki. I should have taken 1 size smaller. Quality is excellent though, I will definetly use Watamu again
