I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your Sunway Pyramid outlet.
My first visit to the store was met with disappointment. Upon entering, there was only one Chinese salesman who was already attending to another customer, which was completely understandable. However, as we walked around the store, we noticed a Malay salesman at another counter checking a watch — he did not acknowledge us or offer any form of greeting. Shortly after, a female salesperson exited the storeroom, went straight to her counter, and sat down without showing any intention to assist or engage with us.
Despite the lack of service, we decided to return to the shop about 20 minutes later to give it another chance, as we were genuinely interested in purchasing Tissot watches. At that time, the female salesperson was at the Tissot counter but simply walked away without even a basic greeting — no "Hello," no "I’ll be with you shortly," or any acknowledgment of our presence.
As potential customers, we felt completely ignored and unwelcome. I’m left wondering: is your store doing so well that your sales team feels they can afford to disregard walk-in customers?
This level of service is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on your brand. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to improve customer service at this branch.
