I had never heard of Watch Hub. I have a Citizen Promaster which was too old for Citizen Uk to service and I googled other companies. Watch Hub came up and I contacted them. They rang me next day and explained how it worked. I posted my watch to them, they rang to confirm receipt, rang again to confirm the work was done and rang again to confirm it was being posted back. The watch arrived with me next day. In the days of live chat, email responses and automated responses it is an absolute breath of fresh to communicate by phone with a human being who is keen to help and values service. Well done Watch Hub. I will be recommending you to others.

Great Service (again!). Arrived with three of my wife's watches, had a Costa coffee after which two were ready and the third arrived in the post two days later, just as promised. Thank you Nathan Davies.

This is the third time I've used Watch Hub - absolutely faultless service. Communications are great, always clear and personalised, and turnarounds times are really sharp. My watch comes back like new every time.

Starting with the service: it far exceeded my expectations. The turnround time could only have been bettered by taking my watch to the workshop in person.
And such courtesey seems to be a thing of the past. It gave me great confidence in the company to be spoken to in such a polite way. Also, communication was timely and appropriate.
Finally, the repair was faultless. My watch was returned to me in better condition than when it left.

Can’t rate these guys & the service highly enough. Needed a new battery & reseal on my Tag but nothing was too much trouble. Emails & phone calls from start to finish, although once they received the watch it was fixed, cleaned & turned around within a day! Got it back in post 2 days later. Great service, sensible pricing & great communication, will recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Received a call the next day with a very competitive quote,posted the watch,Received another call to confirm receipt & the price,took up the offer to have the strap cleaned too.

Thought my old watch was a goner as the functions started to fail one by one. Contacted Watch Hub and was reassured they could fix it. The guy I spoke to knew the watch even though they’re not made anymore and understood the issues I was having.
I sent the watch away and they contacted me to say they’d received it and what was required to fix it.
They were very open about everything and offered me other services and were honest about the pricing.
I was billed exactly what I was quoted and the watch was returned repaired and looking great. Good for another 20 odd years.

I contacted the company having found them online.
They responded quickly by email and then followed up with a call to have a chat about the problem. They were confident they could repair my old dunhill watch which had sentimental value for me (as well as being a lovely watch!)
I posted it to them, got another call when they received it and we chatted about what could be done, including a much needed clean. Price was confirmed and agreed. This was on the Sunday and I received it back on the Wednesday. I’m delighted with it, it’s like a new watch. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
