Worst experience Never use Watchbandsmall

My absolute worst experience with an online shop
Order for €58 to Apple Watch ultimate 3
Got it, but could not put it on, to thick
Believe me that I used many band to Apple Watch before , when trying to push it in, the lock system fell off. Crap!
So it did not even fit, and quality on rest of the band was soo bad.
Mailed them many times, once they told me that they will look into it, but then quiet.

Slow Refund customer service

I ordered a band giving my model number on back of watch. They sent one that didn’t fit. The refund process is a bit slow and I did have to leave several emails. I did get my refund

Month old order, no support, no order cancellation

Ordered products over a month ago, and have gotten zero shipping notifications whatsoever. Email was sent to customer support a week ago and only an immediate automated reply was given. No cancel order option anywhere on the site, so i doubt you’d even be able to cancel an order via support if they won’t even respond in the first place.

Really sucks since my order was supposed to be a gift. Just order from aliexpress, lads.

Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy from this company!!! They sent me a return shipping label from USPS and I tracked the package. USPS has confiscated the package for fraudulent postage!

FRAUDULANT and DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

I paid $50 for watchband from Germany, expecting to receive a quality product. Instead, I received a defective watchband in packaging direct from China. It had manufacturing gouges running the length of the band.
I sent multiple emails with pictures requesting a refund per their posted refund policy, and received NO RESPONSE!
After contacting my credit card co. I received a email with a return label and I sent it back. Package was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage and is now the property of USPS.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The watchband I ordered was perfect. The band was exactly as described on the website. The product arrived well packaged, and in a timely manner. I will order from this company again as the need arises. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered three watch bands a month ago…

Ordered three watch bands a month ago and have had no shipping notice or other indication that hey ever will get here. Inquired two weeks ago on the customer service link with no response. This is not how a modern internet company should function.

Update! After writing this review the owner of the company contacted me and made it right. Updated to 4 stars.

Paying German prices for Chinese…

Paying German prices for Chinese quality coming straight from China with AliExpress. If you want to buy Chinese order and pay straight AliExpress or Temu for 10% of the price and you will be 100% sure items will be received in expected time. So much for German pride and quality. Wish I saw these reviews before ordering.

Avoid at all costs.

Cannot recommend. This is simply a drop ship company sending you massively marked up low quality Chinese bands. I thought I was getting high quality leather straps but received only 2 of the 3 I ordered and one was the exact same strap sold on Ali Express for AUD $2. I paid over $50! It was of awful quality and cannot be used as it is so poorly made. No response from the support inquiry I made. The straps even arrived in their Chinese packaging identical to Ali Express straps. If I wanted a cheap, rubbish strap I’d buy one from there. Not spend $130 on 3 straps (only 2 have arrived after more than 3 weeks). Positive reviews are no doubt fake. Lesson learned. Stick to reputable strap providers. I’m willing to delete this review if I actually receive the rest of my order and high quality straps commensurate with the price I paid.

It took weeks to get a single…

It took weeks to get a single watchband. In fact, I still haven’t received the item. No way to contact them except some support email — which I did and got this response:
Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.

Wheres my missing inch and a half

I ordered an 11 inch wristband and got a 9.5inch one. The build quality is terrible with scorch marks on the loop. I would have given it a 3 if it actually fit.

I ordered a black double-band wristband…

I ordered a black double-band wristband for my Apple Watch. Compared to the picture on your site, the color is more blue-gray than black; I am disappointed with the cost; the color should be correct.

Color wore away in 14 days.

Received on December 30, 2024 a black Pride silicone watch strap with the gray dots on the inside and the Pride flag colors on the outside. Noticed 2 weeks later that the color was rubbing off of the dots on the outside so that they were turning gray. Emailed the company on Jan. 14, 2025, the automated response said they’d get back to me in 2-3 business days. It’s January 31 and I still have heard nothing. DO NOT buy this design if you want your color to stay.
