Total scammers. They promise a price, then don't deliver on that price. Do not buy from them, Better to go to Chrono.

Definitely DON'T deal with ARMAND JOHNSTON.

He is totally full of it. Be careful with them.

The WatchBox is a great company. They have Amazing inventory and excellent service. The WatchBox is a solid company and Peter Bell is the man to work with. He is a true pro and has been one of their top point men for many years. I have purchased a number of watches from them and have been very happy.

Tried to sell a watch, they seem to be based in Switzerland, anyway very slow at replying to emails and offers are quite low, they ask you to phone them but then don't answer their phones -Avoid

This American Company advertise on eBay UK, and are paid in £Sterling, so when I purchased an Omega (several £000's) I expected to receive the watch for what I had paid. Once the watch was in UK I then received an email from Customs & Excise saying I owe a further £800 before I can get the watch.

This should have been made VERY clear by Watchbox at the beginning of the negotiations. VERY poor customer service. I did get a refund for most of the money but the whole episode has cost me £200+. Be very aware when buying abroad, especially with this Company, their methods of selling in the UK should be updated to protect their customers.

Watchbox regularly advertisers that they purchase watches at the best prices. I wrote to them with the details of my watch and never got a response. A over a week later I got an email from the manager of the store as a follow up I responded and another 7 days later still didnt get a response. This is a company full of timewasters. Take your business elsewhere.
