Recently bought a Seiko watch from Watch Depot. I didn't realise that Watch Depot is associated with Shiels? Once I knew this, it made me a more comfortable in purchasing the watch via Watch Depot. The price of the watch was better than anywhere else online. Delivery was also very prompt. Well done to the Watch Depot team :)

Just received my watch fast shipping (express post paid) and excited to get it on my wrist only to be disappointed realising that the watch they sent me was Chinese and certainly not the Japanese model pictured on their website. after waiting for a reply they went and quickly changed the photos on their website rather that offering me any explanation…. Covering themselves befor putting their customers first is very poor at least an email saying they’re looking into it would be nice but nothing.

Watched a watch review that sent me to watch depot good price so I ordered then 2 days later they cancelled my order with no explanation I then went back to find they had put the price up so they will never get a penny out of me

Watch depot sends a watch does not function then they ask for a video of the watch not working claiming it is protocol really . It was quite obvious that it was not working when they placed the warranty card in the watch case. Do not buy from them

The Seiko SSB395P has a gorgeous dial, it's hard to stop staring at it. Great value & quick service from watchdepot, I couldn't be happier with such an affordable watch.

Fantastic retro digital Casio in the awesome G-Shock range. This watch feels great on the wrist, the aesthetics are beautifully balanced & I chose this particular model in homage to my own (now lost) Casio JC-11. Perfect digital display, all the info you need and nothing you don't. My one improvement would be that the backlight should stay on for maybe a second longer. Would recommend.

Looked at a good selection of men's watches on this and other websites. The information on Watch Depot was good and clear, and with good pictures - I bought a Casio from their website - very happy with it.

the service was great the only negative I experienced was the price fluctuation on the web site up and down like a yo yo over a short period of time, which is disconcerting for potential customers.
This is the first time I have experienced this type of marketing strategy on line but i'm happy with the overall result!

I highly recommend to buy watch online with Watch Depot. I had recently ordered a Seiko 5 Supercars with WatchDepot. The watch arrived with damages to its beautiful presentation box. It obviously Australia Post's responsibility. After I reported this to WD, they immediately responded and sent me return postage. This fordefinitely an honest and responsible online watch dealer you want to keep business with.

The Watch Depot offered the cheapest price for this watch and when it (Citizen AI5008-82X Chronograph) arrived it looked even better in the flesh than it did on the website and they dispatched it so fast they never had a chance to read my email request for links to be removed from the bracelet.

Purchase my watch and delivery was quick and was just as described. Love it
