I am bitterly disappointed and upset
I am bitterly disappointed and upset, I ordered a watch for my husband birthday knowing it would arrive today 17th September so that I could give it to him on his birthday which is the 18th September.
If I had know it would not have arrived on the said date I would have driven to a store to buy it or have purchased it online from a company who could have stuck to the delivery date.
We received a tracking note to say the watch arrived in Chelmsford at 3:30am this morning (17 Sep) which is shy of a 45min drive from where we are, now you are saying the delivery will only be on the 22nd September.
This is not acceptable and what am I now meant to give my husband for his birthday which is tomorrow!!!!
