I bought a watch from watches of Australia. I asked them is it original or fake or used and they said watch is 100% original and brand new. I was pretty happy for getting my favourite watch at good price but upon arrival when I open watch box took watch packing off I saw watch band didn’t looked new it looked cleaned and brushed. It had stains band strips used old when I asked them and shared pictures of watch band being old, scratched and dirty. They stopped replying to my WhatsApp massage and emails. I’m feeling cheated and scammed. They don’t even bothered to reply me the only thing they wanted my hard earned money. I request everyone not buy from them it will Save your money time and a lot of stress.

Terrible customer service + watch came with broken link
Terrible customer service , I won’t buy again from this site.
I bought a watch for my dad for his anniversary. Came packaged lovely , very impressed . Gave it to my dad , he opened it up and went to put the watch on , only to see there was a link faulty . The link was sticking out.
I emailed the company to ask them what they will do and there response was I should take it into a jeweller and they will be able to remove the faulty link and the watch should be fine. They said they would offer me a credit on there website of what the jeweller would charge to fix it.
I explained , this should never happen in the first place . When you purchase an item it should come damaged and if it does they should be sorting it out not me going to a jeweller to fix the problem . What made me more mad is they think offering a small credit to buy another watch from them will make me happy ???
They won’t reply to my emails , obviously customer service isn’t important to them .

However the issue you are having is a very easy fix. All you needed to do was replace the spring bar which is the fastest and cheapest way to sort it out. The watch is not broken, the spring bar may have gotten lose as a safety mechanism when there is pressure on the bracelet. Hope that makes sense.
Please do email us and let us know how did it go with the repairer, and if anything goes wrong, we will get back to you with a solution.

Nope its fake. If i was to buy a watch instore i would pay the same amount and received good quality and customer service.
I cant even return the item as they dont reapond back.

I was very disappointed with the service and transparency. I order multiple watches and each time I was charged international transaction fees, so they are not really 'Watches of Australia', not at least when you pay international fees. Never received a refund and upon questioning I was asked to talk to my bank. When my bank ran a bit of investigation then indeed it was international transaction.

I bought Marc Jacobs watch. I wore it for total 2-3 weeks. The so called genuine leather band was about to fall apart already. I couldn't enjoy the purchase as I spent money on it.
