Watch advertised on ebay as original…



Watch advertised on ebay as original and serviced.
When contacted he said the deal is private and the watch belong "his collection" so no invoice/warranty.

We agree a sale on the basis that the movement is original, watch working etc.

Just after exchange I notice the date doesn't work .
I contacted him and he refuses any liability and even blocked me.

Total scam.

The guy pretend that doesn't know much about watched but it has an extensive experience and large business.

Totally in bad faith

Carefully as his vintage watches may well be Frankensteins, like the one that he gave to me

Will report to trading standards and file money claim.
