Fantastic Experience
A huge thank you to the watches world team who assisted in my purchase of two pieces from their London office in October 2023. Timely and regular updates on the watch sourcing process with no pressure throughout.

Thank you so much to Michael, Olga, Minogue and the whole Watches World team. It has been a pleasure to deal with you all from my first enquiry back in March, through to the collection on Friday (now early October). There was no pressure during the purchase experience, just consistent, polite and timely replies to my questions.
I won’t post a picture of the watch, since it’s purchased as a gift for my wife’s ‘big’ birthday next month and I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but safe to say, I know she’s going to be so happy that I was able to get this (now discontinued) model that she’s been in love with since she first saw a picture online over two years ago.

Great experience. Communication was really easy and professional. 1st time I buy chatting through WhatsApp, so a bit strange at first, but in the end it’s much faster than email and you can chat with several person at the same time if you need to.

Took the leap to buy my grail watch…
Took the leap to buy my grail watch with WatchesWorld - an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph. It was the best price on the market.
I had a few conversations with Flavio on WhatsApp and then over the phone. Very helpful and answered everything with transparency. I also liked no push to hard sell after contact.
The watch did take slightly longer to get to me than the website advertised (2-6 days). But this was because it was in stock outside of the UK. But this was explained to me after I made contact close to the date. I also recieved WhatsApp messages from Peter and Minogue post sale, including photos of the watch when it arrived in London.
Delivery was in a secured DHL box and on the day specified.
My wife is also looking for a Breitling and I will not hesitate to use WatchesWorld when she wants to purchase it.
One small point for the website team is that while my watch has arrived, it still says "processing" on the "My Order Details" on the website.

Purchased a Hublot Spirit of Big Bang from Watches World and the whole process was a great experience.
The team are friendly and helpful. I had lots of questions and they got back to me really quickly.
Price wise they were by far the best on the market. The range of prices elsewhere on this watch are massive but Watches World was well below.
Ordering on their website was safe, secure and simple and everything was tracked all the way through.
Highly recommend contacting them if you are in the market for a watch.
