Hidden Customs Fees Made the Watch More Expensive
I recently purchased a watch from this store, and while the initial price seemed good, I had to pay an additional 40 euros in customs fees when the watch arrived. This extra cost was not mentioned at the time of purchase, and it made the watch more expensive than I had initially expected.
It feels like the watch is priced lower just to attract customers, but the hidden customs fees make it less of a deal in the end. I would have appreciated more transparency regarding additional costs.

Very transparent
Once I made my purchase they sent me an email immediately advising they will need to reach out to their supplier for my watch which would delay the shipment for a week and they gave me the option to wait or cancel my order. I waited and I got the watch I wanted a Citizen Series 8 890. Multiple emails came to give me updates on my watch.
