Tried to sell a watch. That specific model has been worn about 20 Times. Watchfinder said:
Unsere Inspektion hat bestätigt, dass diese Uhr Reparaturen benötigt, die wir nicht in unserem Service-Center durchführen können. Daher müssen wir sie an einen externen Hersteller senden, damit die erforderlichen Arbeiten abgeschlossen werden können.

So they want 600€ for a so called broken watch, for sending it to the manufacturer. Scam... Sold so many watches in my life. Love the YouTube Channel.

But Putting down that scamish offer, on a Timeline and Not answering my questions. I'd Love to know whats broken in my watch. But No answers at all. Terrible to reach.

The payment - shipping - watch were great - just no chance of communication pre buy - I tryed 4 month with 12 emails and 100 calls - nothing

The product was good but it was and is a real hassle to get in touch with the customer service.

They should massively improve their reaction time to requests and inquiries.
Also most of the time the answers are not specific and ignore most of the questions.

The only reason i would continue to buy is
a.) the two year warranty
b.) that it is a reputable seller owned by Richemont

I bought a Panerai at the beginning of September at WATCHFINDER. The process was initially very good and trustworthy. After I received the watch, a few questions and problems arose, which my contact person answered after I asked. Now the gentleman is no longer with Watchfinder, my problems and questions are not solved. This is all very unsatisfactory.

Trade Ins and bad support
I wanted to trade in a watch. The normal process did not work because the postal service in Germany did not accept the watchfinder token. That was two months ago. Despite reassuring me that they would personally see to it, none of the many agents I spoke with helped. In essence, selling watches, they can, customer service that strays from the usual, they are really bad in.

Fair pricing, good personal contact, fast delivery, first class priduct

The watch was as expected, apart from a missing instruction manual, but the service was lousy: It took several attemps to order the watch, and the so-called "customer service" never ever called back after asking for help several times. No reaction at all!!! Seems to me as if they just want to get rid if the preowned watches and don't care about customer experience - a shame
