I pre-ordered the Titanium Yachtmaster in 2023 by mid 2024 I was getting the run around from Watch Rapport. No return phone calls, no email. I asked for a refund via the support page of their website...nothing. The phone number went dead and I contacted Apple Card and had them refund my account. Apple Card investigated and said I had received the merchandise and gave the money back to Watch Rapport. I am in my 4th reversal with Apple Card. Fingers Crossed.

If I could give this a zero, I definitely would! I ordered two celebration Rolex watches, and they never arrived. They took my money, and now they need to make it right! It's incredibly frustrating that companies or individuals can get away with things like this. We depend on the law, but it has let us down. It's no wonder that some people feel compelled to take matters into their own hands.

Like others, put in full price deposit and have not gotten either a watch or a refund. If the same has happened to you, please send an additional review. Perhaps we can get a law firm together.

Only if I could give negative stars. They had $6k from June 2023 and never sent the Rolex I preordered with them. When I cancel the order they asked me to file a charge back to which they submitted a response that the product was delivered and the dispute was closed in their favor. They are running a full blown scam site where they take your money and never refund it. They seem to have taken down their website for new orders but are still holding on to the money of previous orders.

I pre-ordered a watch from Watch Rapport on January 3, 2024. I was informed that the watch will be delivered within 6 months. I reached out to Watch Rapport the first week of June 2024 for an update. I was informed that my watch delivery was delayed, and will not be delivered within the 6 month period. I canceled my order on June 6, 2024. I have sent countless emails for updates weekly on the status of my refund, and a Watch Rapport associate replies with new reasons for my delayed refund each time. Today is July 30, 2024, and I still haven't received my refund for the canceled order that I requested on June 6, 2024!

I’m just another victim of the Watch Rapport Scam. All who have left an unsavory review on this platform regarding their nightmarish experience with Watch Rapport should agree on hiring the same lawyer to pulverize them on a class action lawsuit.

Terrible company . No customer service . Very deceitful with claims that they can Pre-order Rolexes and Patek from manufacturers when in truth they were outsourcing from third party suppliers . They offer a very low price so they can entice you to pay . Thus company should be investigated by FBI and FTC for fraud .
They will refund your money after holding on it for at least 1 year and after making a big fuss in demanding your money back .

Zero stars! I purchased a watch from them in the beginning of this year. After a month and no watch, I requested a refund and now it has been 5 months and still no watch and more importantly no refund! It was hard earned money that I saved for to buy this watch as a wedding gift. It’s very disheartening and scary to see how many stories similar to mine are being posted on a daily basis. I hope this company refunds me all of my money soon or I will have to escalate matters with lawyers and etc. as their was so much money taken from me!

A bunch of thieves ! Posting a preorder for a Rolex Pepsi and then say there is a discount price at checkout ! Bunch of low life criminals.u guys can’t even sell fake watches because you can’t afford them either ! Losers in life ! Karma never sleeps and you will eventually all be charged with criminal activity. I had a Friend of mine a few months ago that posted an ad in Chrono24 and after researching found the same picture of the exact same watch and reduced price on their scam site ! Fake Company ! Total losers. You will get your Karma trust Me. Do not reach out to their fake company, reach out to your credit card company and file a fraud claim and let them do the rest. You will get your money back a lot faster. DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THESE THIEVES YOU WILL GET SCAMMED !

Eventually, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, but they kept sending me emails claiming that the refund had been approved, but they were facing technical difficulties. In reality, they are stealing my money."

Total Scam. Run away!!! Never shipped the watch. Still fighting for my refund. Just a bunch of vulgar thieves. Is anyone doing anything about it???

Watch Rapport is a scam company. They use pictures of watches that they steal from other websites and take your money. Then, after you pay for a watch that they don't actually have, they drag you along for months claiming one excuse after another as to why it's taking so long to get your refund. Ultimately, you'll never get the watch you ordered, nor your money back. Please send the COO Aleksandra Bulgach back to Russia!

Order was cancelled and no refund was processed. I placed an order for a watch on 12/16/23. Its original deliver date was the middle in January. The deliver date as then extended to end of January and then again to the beginning of February and yet again to the middle of February. At this point i put in a cancellation of the order. The order cancelled on February 13, and I was told at most it would be 15 business days for my refund. Not sure why it takes 15 days to refund an ACH payment, but whatever. The 15th day has now passed, and I have still not received my refund. I would stay away from this site and never order from them.

This Company is a complete fraud. They use listings from Chrono24 and advertise a cheaper price with hopes of you falling for it. I bought a Rolex and waited 3 months just for them to send me a refund back. They make fake reviews and try to sue people who have problems with them. Don’t waste your time or money with this scam website

This is how corrupt Watch Rapport is and their legal counsel, just go under California bar to see how corrupt they are. BOBBY still to this date can’t get it right, they didn’t sell me a watch it was canceled BOBBY, and you’re stealing my funds.

STAY AWAY from WATCH RAPPORT and their law firm Midway Law, I believe they both are are in cahoots with each other and have lied cheated and stolen nearly $70,000 dollars of my hard earned money from me. I purchased several watches from them in the past 13 or so months. When I discovered there was no watches being shipped and I was given the run around and the lies added up each week, Watch Rapport stated their attorney would wire me my funds back. Shortly after, Midway Law denied the refund stating I need to go after Watch Rapport. After hiring an attorney to represent me, Midway stated that I did indeed receive the refunds, which we responded we did not, despite Watch Rapports acknowledgement it was forthcoming.

After months and months of providing them the time to refund these “purchases”, they went Mia.

I will be filing a lawsuit shortly along with reporting them to the various criminal bureau's and law enforcement agencies as well as the state bar. I was just sent an email from my attorney showing various threats Midway Law, acting on behalf of Watch Rapport sent today stating their family member is crippled and so on, thinking I was the last person writing me on here “S KERRIGAN” which is not me, so we will be adding this to the bar complaints as well. If anyone wants to join me in this class action lawsuit to protect the public from these predators, please respond here. Jason Adelman

Fraudulent website. Do you not buy anything. Because you will not receive anything.

I purchased a watch from this company a year ago. After three months and no delivery I cancelled the order. Ten months later I am still fighting them for my refund. I've given them the option to send me any watch of equal value or send a refund. I've received neither. They directed me to Midway Law firm to process the refund and they haven't done anything but give me the runaround. Watch Rapport is a SCAM.
