I have many doubts upon initially reading the reviews in this cite that the company sells fake. However, upon placing the order and having received the product myself, I have come to accept that the product is real. I brought a versace watch from the site before checking for the review. They immediately shipped the watch, so I don't have the chance to cancel the order. When the watch arrived, I was able to verified the CLG code, thus proving the watch is in real. Therefore, I am without a doubt believed the site sells genuine versace watches.

ps. I was also lucky enough that UK custom does not charge me import duty fees, which is a plus.

Ordered a watch and paid for the item. They then sent a letter saying I need to pay for custom charges that were not in the bill that I paid for.

Unhelpful customer service team.

Bought a Micheal cors watch paid near enough full price, when the watch arrived it was clearly fake, I have emailed the company numerous times with no response!!! Stay clear of this company at all cost!!!

Horrendous. Returned the watch with tracked and signed delivery, the company claimed not to have recieved it and gave no further advice. Now I am out of pocked £120.

I bought a watch from this company,the watch looks nice but today I received a invoice from DHL saying I have to pay duty and vat on shipping cost.
If I knew I would of not have bought the cost is £63.

After searching for a very long time online I'd found this website. At first I was afraid of ordering because of the bad reviews. But because of the prices and easy return I still gave it a go.

Paying with PayPal took also the fear away.

Ordered a watch broke in 2 days won't respond to emails or answer calls absolutely digustedc

I ordered a watch supposedly emporian Armani as a gift for my friend. Looked lovely when it arrived. Within a couple of weeks the metal strap broke, I've frequently messaged watchroom with no reply, which leaves me to believe this company is not legit. The watches are obviously fake. 0leaders do not buy from this site. They should be exposed for the criminals they are.

Please let me start by saying this is a legitimate review as I’m always so sceptical about people writing their own reviews lol..
I ordered x2 watched from this company and I immediately panicked for some reason I emailed them to check it was legit they replied within the hour !
I then read these reviews & I panicked even more I emailed them again asking for a refund anyway they said they would issue refund once items returned ...
I have just this morning received my watches and they are absolutely perfect !! Absolutely NO issues with the watches what so ever !
I even emailed the to apologise and thank them for their speedy service , I’m sorry others have had such a poor experience but I’ve had a really great one !

Awful service, customer service dept dont answer phones or respond to emails. Watch didnt work upon arrival & its taken lots of threatening emails & 3 weeks to get a partial refund but still no replacement. Avoid this company at all costs as they are rogue traders.......

These watches are fake! Buyer beware. My own fault for not checking reviews, there are none on the internet! Bit of a warning sign. The website is littered with spelling mistakes and the pictures of the watches on the home screen not clear, no reviews on the website either. I had doubts as soon as I got the watch, I won't be returning it as I doubt I'd get a refund. Avoid!
