Good Price and Decent Experience

I ordered a Seamaster Diver 300 here that was around 20% off of retail. ETA on delivery was 8-10 business days and the package came in at the 11th business day, not a big deal. Customer service was very responsive and the watch came well packaged. I definitely would order from these guys again!

My first order experience with Watchshopping was an A+

Prior Purchases:
I have been a long-time customer of ANOTHER VENDOR and have purchased 20 lower end timepieces. I have purchased Movado, Seiko, Tissot and some other everyday watches from them. This is my first “entry-level” luxury watch purchase over ($2000) and my first purchase ever from WatchShopping.com. Naturally, I was a little cautious when placing my order. I read the reviews which are mostly positive. I then concentrated only on the bad reviews. I found that the bad reviews are complaints about shipping time, return and restock fees. One complaint was about a damaged product. You cant tell by the review where the damage came from but I did take note WatchShopping.com took care of them. For that reason I dismissed that review. The others did not focus on product problems but with policy. I was surprised by these because I always check a company policy before I buy anything. I found the website to be very clear, easy to navigate and I had the opportunity to use the “chat” feature to address my questions before buying. With all companies (on-line or traditional) you need to read their policies first.

This was my first order. I was not sure what to expect and it also made me nervous that what I purchased was $150 less than the company I had an existing relationship with. In addition, a promo code popped up which I was able to take advantage of when I completed my order.

Service Received / Experience:
I received immediate answers to my questions using the live chat option. It appears that an actual person responded. I did not see any indication they used a chat bot or automated responses to my questions. A+

I placed my order, and the order process was easy. I also was prompted to take an additional $25 off my order. A+

I immediately received an email confirmation about my order. A+

I also received an email from Jessa D who confirmed that my order was processed. I did reply to Jessa with a follow-up question which was answered the same business day. A+

The order was quoted as 4-8 days for processing and 2-3 days for shipping. This was on 8/15. My watch arrived on 8/22 beating the expectation set. A+

The item was well packaged and required signature confirmation. A+

Once unpacked the first think I noticed was that they placed a tag on the watch stating it was inspected by them and certified as 100% genuine. A+

I did a search on the manufactures site and entered my serial number. As you can see below. A+



Conclusion: I was pleasantly pleased by the level of service received and the fast processing. Customer service was as expected if not better than expected. I am very excited to have my new timepiece and genuinely excited about my purchase. This was a rather large purchase for me personally. I am happy with the service and product received. My overall rating would be an A+.

I left that on Google reviews and on Truspilot. By the way I never heard of Trustpilot so hope this helps.

Read the Return Policy

Watchshopping as a whole carries great products. Shipping was quick and efficent. The Garmin Watch I received was excellent. However, once I tried it on, it wasn't what I wanted. So here is my only negative, and it was my fault, not theirs. Read the Cacellation and Return Policy. It will be a steep price to pay if you don't like your product. They will waive the 18% Restocking Fee if you purchase another watch. They were polite and responded to all my concerns my concerns. But 18% still cost me 147.00 and Shipping another 37.00.

Came through in record time when no one else would

We needed an iwc that even iwc couldn't fill.... jomashop and even the local dealer couldn't fill it. Louise and the team did it, a day early and in record overall time for much less than the others.

Seriously impressed with the quality, service and comms.

An excellent buying experience

An overall excellent buying experience. They kept in touch with me by phone until I received the watch. I was on travel so they had to hold shipment for a week until I returned home. They are a grey market dealer yet somehow were able to get me a new watch with a validated warranty card. I've been collecting watches for 15 years and these guys are excellent. I will come back and will also recommend them to my watch friends.

Very pleasant experience. Price was excellent. Watch arrived in perfect condition. WatchShopping answered my email questions rapidly. I will use them again in a future purchase.

Happy

Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and professional.

The watch I bought...I needed it by a certain day. I let the customer service representative know...they called next day and gave me shipping options to get it here quickly...wonderful!!!

Then FedEx happened. They forgot about the word "priority" and delivery didn't happen. I emailed customer service and asked that they kindly request a refund from FedEx since they didn't deliver. Keep in mind I paid almost 200 dollars just to have the watch shipped priority overnight. That was my choice. This company offers free shipping. Anyways - next morning customer service rep emailed me back to let me know they appreciated me informing them of the missed delivery and promptly refunded my shipping costs...Promptly refunded my shipping costs!!!!! Absolutely fabulous as they did not have to do so. I figured I would be chasing FedEx for a refund of some sort.

As for the watch itself. I really only have one word that describes the watch - PERFECT. I also have an official 10 year ORIS warranty - registered it yesterday via ORIS website. I honestly didn't expect a true manufacturer warranty. I am beyond pleased.

Would I buy from watchshopping again?

In a heartbeat.

When the going get tough…

After a shaky start from a customer perspective (delay in shipping), I contacted the CS team. Issue was escalated to manager of CS and from there a fantastic experience. Promises were made, promises were held. Package delivered ahead of promised date, people followed up to ensure my experience post contact CS was as promised. When the going went tough, they stood up and went the extra mile. I will buy again
