100% went out of business. I bought an Omega Seamaster 300m in January without issue. I tried buying an Omega connie in May and it was a mess.

Run run run! At least Amex refunded in 48 hours. Whoever owns the website is 100% scamming.

I ordered a watch, paid for it, and received email confirmation. Watch never arrived. Sent emails and called their CS line twice with no response. Disputing purchase now with my form of payment. Maybe they went out of business??

The worst place to buy a watch, I bought my tag Heuer watch here around 2 months ago, it never arrived and they never answered my emails. I had to dispute my transaction with my bank.

Don’t believe reviews. Dodgy as. After seeing reasonably good reviews from Trust Pilot et al, I ordered a Swiss watch. After a automated reply of confirmation, I never received another bit of correspondence. Tried email and phone (goes directly to voicemail) and nothing. Fortunately I used PayPal who gave me a full refund. Six to eight weeks of worry. I believe that this is a very impressive scam outfit.

I placed an order for a Tag on 5/27/23. They charged me full amount immediately, but when I tried to reach out to them, there were no responses via email, chat, or phone. This is a total scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I ordered a Watch on 19th May 2023, confirmation said 4 - 8 business days for processing then 2-3 for delivery. Monies were taken immediately.

No dispatch confirmation was ever sent, tracking page always stated not dispatched, no response to emails or live chat enquiries.

Thankfully paid via PayPal who have since investigated and refunded my money in full after I presume zero contact from Watchshopping.com.

Scam company. Ordered an Omega. They took my money then went totally dark. I’ve emailed and called dozens of times and no reply.

I am in the midst of a similar experience to the many described recently on Trustpilot regarding Watchshopping.com. I ordered a Omega Constellation on April 17, 2023. It was listed as "one last stock left". They took the cash from PayPal immediately, but emailed on May 2 that there would be a 2-4 week delay. Initially I said okay, and inquired on May 28 about expected delivery. No answer. No answer to emailon June 7. Also, no answer to inquiries from PayPal. I hope PayPal comes through and refunds my money.

This is a scam website as many stated in the previous reviews. It’s almost a month and they didn’t respond to neither calls nor emails. They vanished completely. I contacted my card bank to refund my money and still waiting. I wrote this review to warn others not to buy from this fraudulent company.

UPDATE: a few weeks back their Google listing showing "Permanently Closed", now their BBB listing is gone!

DO NOT buy here. Was immediately charged in full for my order. Was told 4-8 days to ship. Weeks went by, no communication no response to email or phone calls. Card company had to reverse the charge. Definitely find a different place to do your watch shopping.

Watchshopping.com is a scam - DO NOT place an order online with them. I ordered a watch that was listed "in stock" and paid online with my credit card - 5/12/23. The website stated that shipment could be expected in 8 - 10 days. After the timeframe passed, I tried to contact them. They do not answer the phone, nor do they return email. I contacted my credit card company and reported the site as fraud. My card company agreed and credited my account. One again - this site is fraudulent, and I strongly advise you purchase elsewhere.

This company is a fraud. I paid over $1,200 for a watch and never received it--nor a single word in response to my many inquiries by phone and e-mail to customer service. This is criminal behavior and I intend to report it to the California Department of Justice. My bank is currently working to recover the funds that I paid. Avoid this website: it is a scam.

Want to add my review here in the hope that people will see it and avoid this company at all costs. Like all other recent reviews, I have no idea how this website can still be online with regular offers and sales. You will receive nothing if you order, and customer service are completely unreachable/unresponsive.
I'm thankful that my credit card company refunded me, hope all others are as fortunate.
DO NOT spend any money at this fraudulent website.

Similar experience to other reviewers over the last month. Orderd a $1500 watch, they confirmed order via email promising processing of 8-10 days. Was completely ghosted thereafter and it has now been almost a month. Worse than that, any attempt to call the company goes directly to a voicemail and no one responds to email. A complete scam, avoid at all cost.
