Fantastic Omega Speed Master

This is my first watch from Watchshopping.com I first ordered an Omega Constellation, but about two weeks after ordering it I changed my mind and wanted the Omega speed master racing 326 30 40 50 06 001. Called them right in time to change the order and they were able to do it for me. After another two weeks I was wondering what status my order was in. I emailed them and right away Jessa D answered me back. Didn’t realize the watch was coming from overseas. Should have known, no tax. They finally sent me a tracking number and followed it all the way from California to Wisconsin. The watch came today and it’s beautiful. Just what I ordered. Fantastic. Thank You Watchshopping.com Jessa, Kristine and Bianca are great. I will buy more watches from them in the future❤️❤️❤️

Returning Customer

This is the second time piece I purchased from them - the watch did take a little over 2 weeks to get to me, but I was kept abreast along the way. Time piece came as advertised, and I am very happy with the purchase, as well as the value.

Buyer Beware

I bought a new, old stock Bulgari Octo Solotempo from watchshopping.com. Within the first week of receiving, I took the watch to the Bulgari Boutique in NY to have the water seals checked. Evidently, a screw on the rotor came loose, damaged the movement and a full $700+ service is needed. I sent the photos and estimate from Bulgari to Watchshopping.com for comment. They responded the watch left their offices in-tact. No offer to service. No offer to split part of the cost. They included a Bulgari warranty card that was not filled out so not honored by Bulgari. And if a warranty card from the manufacturer is included on a new watch, watchshopping.com doesn't offer a warranty. Convenient for them. This will be my last purchase from watchshopping.com. I've done business with other California based online watch retailers who have stood by their products when issues occur within the first few weeks.

Received faulty watch that doesn't work

I received my watch timely and was pleased with the initial appearance. I gifted the watch to my partner only to find out the watch doesn't work. I did receive a prompt response from CS and they advised that I take it to an Authorized Service Center. I am very unsatisfied with this response as it appears they sold me a watch that doesn't work. I would be more than satisfied to return the watch fro the same replacement that works. But until then I will look elsewhere for future luxury watch purposes and suggest you do the same!

WatchShopping.com - know what you are getting into before you buy

WatchShopping.com delivered my watch, with box and papers undamaged, as ordered. The watch (a Hamilton Intramatic Auto Chrono (Automatic | 40mm | H38416141), blue face on a Milanese steel bracelet) was new, no obvious signs of damage and I am sure is authentic. The watch was delivered in under 7 calendar days.

Excellent, right? Why have I given them 3 stars. A couple of key points.

Firstly, they claim, as a Californian based company that 'Before shipping out, each watch is examined and looked at closely by one of our in-house watch experts to ensure that it is authentic and in the perfect condition for you'.
This is BS with a capital B and S. How do I know? My watch was shipped from Hong Kong by another grey market dealer, who in turn had acquired the watch from a AD in Kazakhstan.

So unless the they have in-house experts in one of the two countries, this cannot be true. As the watch was delivered so quickly, it would have been Santa Claus-esque speed, to get from Kazakhstan, to Hong Kong, to the US, back to HK (as that's where it was posted from ) to Sydney in less than a week.

Secondly, WatchShopping emailed me confirming my order had been placed (but not yet sourced). Post that complete radio silence. There were no comms, no tracking number, nothing from WatchShopping.com, so I was unaware whether the watch would actually turn up at all. Which when you are spending thousands of dollars is a little disconcerting.

So be aware of who you are buying from when you buy from watchShopping. It holds no stock, they don't check the product themselves, they seemingly had no idea my watch was even being delivered. This does not seem to be a well run or customer centric organisation. They are a 'middle-man' with poor processes.

Whilst, not impactful to me, they also have some pretty draconian and punitive returns policy and other buyers have been impacted by this.

I have bought from Jomashop (another grey market retailer) and they have got better comms and felt more confidence in them. I would probably go back theere for my next one (not recommending Joma nor do I have any affiliation with them, but they have worked better for me in general in the past).

They were able to find the watch I…

They were able to find the watch I wanted in their network at a good price. It arrived as described, in new condition with box and papers, verified for authenticity. Louise V was very helpful. Would buy from again.

Excellent Customer Support

I’ve had some issues with my watch being stuck in Customs clearance. Kristine from Watchshopping was very supportive in getting the watch cleared (issue was with the exotic leather strap which is prohibited). She kept me updated and followed through to the end. That’s the type of service that keeps customers returning.

insanely long timeframe bad policies for what you pay for

if you want to wait a month or more for your watch go ahead. There are far better options for your money and time. While promised a full return due to delays. I noticed a a major issue on policy. They also wont inform you unless you inquire, good response time bad overall experience. Unless you get a great deal its not worth it. they are responsive but not proactive beyond that their policy is insanely bad compared to anyone else.

First time buyer from Watchshopping.com…

First time buyer from Watchshopping.com and the experience was a very good one. You can separate good vendors from poor ones with regards to how they handle issues. My watch came with the box and manual from a different model and the customer service was fantastic! They gave me the choice of getting a full refund (i liked the watch so did not want a refund) or waiting a bit for them to locate the correct box and manual. In a short bit of time the correct stuff was FedExed to me. Communication was great and i am a happy customer. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again.

Great price and fast shipping!

I’ve been eyeing the Seiko SPB143 for years and finally decided to pull the trigger during the recent Valentine’s Day sale. Best price I’ve seen and the watch arrived as described (brand new) and delivered within 5 business days. I was skeptical and worried at first based off of other reviews, but from my experience I would definitely recommend future purchases from here. Thank you!

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Was swindled out of nearly £900 for a watch that was damaged and not in new condition as advertised.

I have spent that last 3 weeks with countless emails going back and forth with nothing being accomplished in the process of attempting to get a refund.

Avoid this awful company at all cost.

Good Experience

I bought an expensive watch from Watchshopping at a great discount and am very happy with my purchase. It took 3 weeks to get to me (outside of the US), but they were very communicative and easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The watch was brand new with protective stickers and came with everything as described.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. READ THE REVIEWS. They will say the watch will be delivered in 8-10 days. They do not have the watch. I purchased with Affirm and they told me to cancel in the app. If you do this you will owe interest in Affirm for the weeks they said they were shipping. DO NOT CANCEL. You have to dispute with affirm and it takes 30 days. Very shady business.

There is a news story in the Singapore Business times saying 500 watches were siezed from them on suspicion of being counterfit!

I wish I never placed an order with them. They lied on multiple occasions.

Excellent experience and great communication

I read some of the negative reviews on this site and I was very hesitant about buying an expensive watch from them. The watch I was looking to buy was close to $10,000 and from reading the return policy on their site and from reviews here, if I were to return it it would cost me almost $1,000 but the price was so good I was willing to take the chance. I also read some reviews that they don’t actually have the watches in stock so I ended up calling them to confirm the return policy and whether the watch was really in stock as noted on their website. They were very attentive and up front about the watch coming from overseas and were clear about how long it would take to get to me and they were very accurate. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I got the watch for $2,000 less than other websites and it was brand new in the original box with warranty papers.

BEWARE - scam

BEWARE - bought a 350 watch from watch shopping.com. Ended up not giving it as a gift and the watch wasn’t even out of the original packaging. Tried to find return info which isn’t on the their site. They should have been my first clue. Called the number listed and no one would answer the phone. Sent an email and someone finally called back. They told me they don’t accept returns for anything under $500. What?! Why? That doesn’t even make sense. Skip this scammer. There are so many other good spots to find watches. Places that will stand behind their products.
