After searching on many websites for this particular watch I came across it on watch supermarket. I ordered it late on Friday evening and had it delivered by 12pm on Tuesday also there was a big price difference so will definitely be using this site again.

Picked this watch for my daughters birthday (23) however the bracelet size was for someone who was perhaps 13 or younger. A size strip was included but watch had to be sent away recorded delivery at cost either way to hopefully get a reasonably sized bracelet for a normal person.

I knew the specific watch I wanted. It was in stock and delivered next day as promised. Price was fair in comparison to others (to be honest they were the only place that actually had it in stock). Authorised dealer and FULL 2yr manufacturer's warranty (unlike many other places who only offered 12mth). Telephoned with a query after delivery received excellent service. They even have a bricks and mortar shop to back things up if one happens to be that way. So far I am happy and would deal with them again.

Used this online shop due to its good reviews, which obviously was a mistake. Three weeks later and six messages later that no one has responded to, I still haven't received a shipping confirmation OR my order! So you have pretty much taken my money and now ignoring me asking where the order is! I do a lot of online shopping and have never had anything like this happened before. Very unprofessional, but I'm glad I used PayPal so they can sort it out.... Don't buy from these people!

I had a problem with my order but the guy at Watch Supermarket personally spoke to my card authorisation company and sorted the issue and called me back within 20 minutes to confirm everything was now ok and the watch would be dispatched that day. I received the same the next day. I would highly recommend Watch Supermarket :)
