Maybe they are a small outfit but they operate very efficiently and professional. I was up and running within half an hour or so and it works great with TiviMate.

It works very good. Only negative point is for us Belgium people. There are less updates. Example STREAMZ in movies map.. the stand up comedy is not up to date. I ask 3 times to update the map, but they don’t update the shows…. The rest is ok

After a free trail, decided severL months later to enrole in a subscription. Still could enjoy the deal that was offered a few months earlier. Service is excellent. I made an error in my email adresses and payment method (my correspondance email was not the same as the email adress attached to the payment method) the login credentials where resent to my correspondance email. This sounds easy, but i can understand that 'watchtivo' would be a little reluctant to do so in these times of ID fraud. So i can only assume they did checked and helped out a new customer.
