I purchased a Rolex from Watchtrader yesterday.
From start to finish, the service was excellent, from all the team.
The watch was delivered in super quick time this morning and I am delighted with it; its exactly as described and the photographs I viewed.
I would highly recommend.

There was an issue with the watch but they contacted me and made it right. I wish it wasn't needed, but mistakes do happen and they owned to it and made it right out of their own pocket. So my review is now 5 starts and I'll most likely buy again!

I can't believe I purchased a Rolex from Watchtrader by email. I made my enquiry on a bank holiday, and I was amazed to get an immediate response. After several emails back and forth with Ben, I don't know how he put with my endless questions. However, it resulted in my purchase of a fabulous Daytona in absolutely as new condition - thank you Ben.

After sourcing the watch i wanted i contacted watchtrader and spoke to josh who was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
My watch arrived on the day stated it would extremely well packaged and as exactly as stated in excellent condition.
Would highly recommend using watchtrader was very professional from initial contact , purchase and delivery

BEWARE!!
They valued my watch at £7,200. After driving 2 hours of a 4 hour round trip I was told that they had made a mistake and they would only actually give me £6,500. I reluctantly sold them the watch, and was told I would receive the money the following week. Since then I have made repeated phone calls asking when I will receive the money only to be told every time “you will be paid today between 4pm and 5pm. You then have to wait until the following day to call as this is the time they close and they tell you the same thing again. They tell you one again, oh they made a mistake it’s definitely on for today !
This is the first negative review I have ever left anyone but I think they need to be more honest and pay up on time.

However the valuation of a 2017 18ct Gold Navitimer was insultive.
Genuinely 50% lower than a better known online watch buyer / seller, shocking.
I completely understand these guys need to make money, they are a business - granted
WatchTrader, if you dont really want to buy a particular brand and or model - dont make senseless offer
You insult the customer, you insult the brand, you insult the market

Being honest, I wasn’t perhaps the easiest customer Jon had dealt with, due to a change of mind after purchase. Jon was extremely accommodating and an alternative purchase involving a PX was completed. I have dealt with numerous watch dealers in the past but found Watch Trader was keen to ensure high levels of customer service was maintained throughout. The process is straightforward and works like a well-oiled machine. I have no hesitation in recommending WT as the service I received was top notch. Thanks Jon

My husband and I were in London three different times throughout our month long vacation while looking at watches at different shops.My husband found watchtrader Co online, and presided to the location. They were nothing but professional, polite, quick to respond, and give us good information on the watches that we wanted & saved us money ! Bonus ! Guv, Ben & Mark. Would highly recommend if everyone is looking for a new or used watch!!! We are extremely happy!

Excellent first purchase with Watchtrader & Co., great customer service and will certainly be back again.

Sold my watch through Watchtrader's consignment method. Process was straightforward and made so by dealing with Jon McShane.
Communication was good by email and WhatsApp, so no problem.
Price was fair and at the end of the day these guys are in business and need to make a profit.
I would do it again and would equally buy from Watchtrader.

I put in an offer for a Breitling which fortunately for me was accepted and watch arrived today by special delivery. It doesn’t matter how much you spend, it’s the service and keeping in touch with your customer(s) that really matters in my humble opinion. I cannot fault them and I dealt with Josh who came through for me.

Great service and a very friendly and helpful team, would definitely use them again.

Vickys communication was second to none, very professional too, we negotiated a price of which I was happy with and sent me over an invoice very promptly, I said my wrist was just over 7 inches and she sized it perfectly so on delivery could wear straight away, the watch come in perfect condition with all box and cards/ papers, the delivery took longer then expected but that was royal mail, all in all a ten out of ten experience many thanks Vicky and team x
