This was my first time ordering something like this. Usually, when you receive a link from a phone number, you feel a little hesitant. However, I asked a couple of questions, and they provided a great explanation and description of their company. Because of that, I placed an order with them and have never been more pleased. Their watches are beautiful, high-quality, and very realistic.
Getting the package delivered was a bit tricky — they did their best to make sure I received it, but UPS was giving them a hard time.
Overall, it was the best customer service experience. They always responded efficiently and respectfully. I would definitely place another order with them in the future!!!
