I recently ordered a top shelf fine pen...was somewhat skeptical due to the price. Called, they answered immediately. And reassured me it would be the authenic product and matching sku#. Free 2 day delivery!

Great experience.

Shipping was so fast I didn't believe my order would arrive at the estimated date. Everything was packed carefully. Watches were new as described and in perfect working order.

And because of sales I got a better deal than I could find anywhere else.

I was very happy that I found this Luminox watch and on top of this that it was available for a great price. The order process was very easy only the shipping procedure took to long. This is based on the fct that only FedEx is availabe a the shipper & they need to have a signature. As I wasn‘t always at home it has needed mire than 5 attemps, finially I had to pick up at FedEx Ground over 20 miles away.

Watch warehouse is great. Fedex on the other hand is awful and you should switch to UPS or DHL.

I have been looking for a new old stock model of this watch for a long time. My wife bought me this watch 21 ago. It has seen some abuse and is no longer repairable. Very happy to find a new version of it.

The buying process on the website was very easy. The prices are very good and there is a large selection that is in stock. I placed my order on a Tuesday and was to get the watch on Thursday. Then it went to Friday. Then to Saturday and was finally delivered on Sunday. To be fair, I think the issue was with FedEx and not Watch Warehouse. The watch is authentic and brand new in the box. I will definitely use this company again.
