This is an excellent company. I sent off my watch for a battery replacement having carefully weighed the package and chosen what I thought to be the correct size and weight. Royal Mail disagreed and held it up for underpaid postage. It had to be collected from the delivery office and a fee paid. Despite this, no additional payment was asked for and my watch was returned in a couple of days. Really great service! Happy to recommend unreservedly.

Good choice of straps, though out of stock of what I really wanted in my size. Web site search could be improved. But prices are inclusive of p and p, andcorders come quickly.

Previous straps from this vendor have lasted about 2 years, at most, before the cross straps break or the buckle breaks through its loop. But they are cheap.

Don't bother buying the watch strap fitting toolsl they sell. It's useless to fit a new stiff leather strap, and a small flat screwdriver will be more practical.

It could help with strap removal but, if your old strap is broken anyway, that's not a difficult job if you don't care about damaging it.

Absolutely first class service. Their prices are very reasonable and cheaper than their competitors. Very good product that I purchased.I broke one of the straps that I had ordered through my own fault so I contacted the business. I dealt with Owen and all I can say is that his and their customer service is second to none. He arranged to send me 2 new straps at no cost to myself. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and I will definitely be using them again.

Quality strap, very quick delivery

This is the second time I have used this company. The quality of the watch straps are excellent and very reasonably priced. Received the order in two days with standard delivery and received confirmation as soon as the order had been processed. Would have no hesitation in using the company again but because of the quality of the strap it's unlikely to be for a while.

It was quite a valuable vintage watch so somewhat apprehensive about getting them to renew the battery but delighted with how it turned out and can unreservedly recommend this company's services

I can't recommend WatchWatchWatch enough, I needed an awkward watch battery changing (something I wasn't prepared to tackle as the watch is worth a few quid), posted the watch off, came back a couple of days later all sorted, for less than £15 (£10 + me sending it recorded delivery) its cheaper than taking it to a jeweller. Highly recommended! First class service! Thank you WWW!

Got a watch strap, it fits my watch and was cheaper than a new watch. Job done quickly.

My Casio waterproof watch has a resin strap that snaps after a while. In the past, it was cheaper to buy a new watch than replace the strap, until I found Watchwatchwatch, perfect replacement strap, ( I bought 2 ) great price and speedy delivery, at no cost to me. Will certainly use them again

Quick delivery good product and great prices don't be fooled by other sites who sell the same products a pound or two cheaper but then charge 3 or 4 pound for postage making it a lot more expensive in the long run.
