Possibly the best experience I have had…

Possibly the best experience I have had when ordering online. A product was out of stock, I emailed to ask when it would be back. Clare not only provided me with an ETA but she personally emailed me when it arrived in stock (most companies simply wouldn't bother). I ordered within minutes, even though it was only a small order I got an email an hour later to tell me my order had already been dispatched. I'm not normally enthusiastic about leaving reviews but the team there made me feel like my order was important. I'll be ordering again next month most likely. Thank you Clare and the team for getting this out to me quickly.
