Absolute Time Wasters and Utterly Not Trustworthy
​My experience with Water-worx was nothing short of an insulting waste of time. I had a confirmed appointment, and they waited until a mere THIRTY MINUTES before the scheduled time to abruptly cancel it with an intention to reschedule. This total lack of respect for a customer's time is unacceptable and forced me to rearrange my entire schedule at the last minute.
​The reason they provided for the cancellation was even more infuriating: they claimed the wrong colour of material had been delivered. This excuse is patently dishonest, as they were provided with the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) well in advance, giving them all the information needed to ensure the correct paint colour. It is clear they either mismanaged their inventory or simply double-booked and chose to lie rather than be transparent. This organization is definitively not trustworthy.
​Furthermore, their communication is nonexistent. Following the disastrous cancellation, they have been completely unreachable. My messages have gone unanswered, and calls to their phone line with no return ever initiated.
​If you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism and honesty, you should AVOID Water-worx entirely. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and their customer service is appalling.
