Good quality water

Good quality water. However, delivery service was
not reliable. They missed the delivery days, without notified customers. It makes inconvinient

Stay Away from Primo Water/Brands, ReadyRefresh, Blue Titon and Water.com

Customer for over 25 years until they sent me different water than what I have been getting for years and ordered. The new water Zephyrhills tastes horrible and after the fact I was told they "discontinued" the spring water I have been buying for years. There are higher charges and fees also. All without notice! Was wondering why I couldn't get ahold of my regular delivery man also. This merger with Blue Titon is a disaster and there are two class action suits as a result. One is consumer and the other is securities related. Customer service has disconnected me about a dozen times in the last week and they refuse to satisfy a long time customer. SHAME!

There’s been a few issues since Primo…

There’s been a few issues since Primo has merged with Sierra Springs. I was delivered the wrong size bottle so scheduled the truck to pick up and replace immediately. Truck drove right by my house and did not pick up. Called Customer service and later that day another truck brought the correct size and returned 5 gallon. There was a mix up on delivery dates but now that seems to be okay so far.
