I bought waterproof boots
I bought waterproof boots, excellent quality, though they don't get wet. Good quality, I think they will last a long time.

I was online searching for a specific brand and item. I found it at Water & Oak at a fair price and quick delivery. When I needed customer service the representative was accommodating and remedied the situation immediately. This is my new go to online source for athletic and sporting goods.

Need to address shipping
I loved my jacket but unfortunately it came way later than expected! I didn’t have the jacket in time for a trip I needed it for & wasn’t even able to track the package. When I spoke with staff they were nice but nonchalant stating “this happens all the time with USPS & I’m positive it’s on the way & will be there before Xmas” even though I explained that wasn’t the reason I needed it. If this is a “usual issue” maybe should switch shipping companies.

Great glasses
Great glasses. Quick delivery. Box was a bit crushed. Glasses were ok fortunately. Perhaps you should use a stronger box for shipping glasses. Instead of a bag. Thank you. I love them

My shoes didn't fit, so I exchanged them to a smaller size. They promptly sent me a new one and I am really happy with their expertise.

For active sports lovers
Actually, nowadays people are fond of various active sports and that's why they need a special equipment. Besides equipment, if we speak about hiking, they need proper clothes, of course, which will be pretty comfortable to wear. I like hiking and when the weather lets me hike, I do it right away. Recently, I had a need to acquire some new jackets for hiking and I was really surprised by the service here. Everything is pretty fast, I think the future is for the online shopping. Highly recommend this store.
