We're so happy your son enjoys our lessons and our Newbury teachers Kelly and Lydia!

We appreciate your feedback on pricing. We completely understand that our lessons may seem more expensive than some other options. Our pricing reflects the quality of the experience we provide. Classes are kept small so every baby receives plenty of individual attention, and our instructors are highly trained. Beyond learning to swim, our lessons focus on building water confidence, supporting your baby's physical and cognitive development, and creating a fun bonding experience for families. We believe in providing a high-quality programme rather than simply offering the lowest price.

We very much hope that you continue to enjoy your lessons and if you do wish to chat through further, we are always happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your daughter enjoys the lessons when she attends them, but we're very sorry to hear about the frustration caused by lesson cancellations, changes in teachers, and the adjustment to your lesson time.

Unfortunately, there have been occasions where we've had to cancel lessons, something we genuinely dislike doing and always try to avoid wherever possible. We completely understand how important consistency is, both in terms of teachers and lesson schedules, especially when fitting classes around other commitments.

We're particularly concerned to hear that your daughter is feeling reluctant to attend her lessons, as we were not aware that you were finding this difficult. We'd really like the opportunity to put things right. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss your experience and see whether we can move your lesson to a class day or time that works better for your family and provides greater consistency.

We agree Rachel is absolutely amazing. We are delighted to hear how much of a positive impact she has had on your little one's swimming journey and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her.

We’re committed to providing the highest quality lessons with experienced, passionate teachers like Rachel. Unfortunately, the current climate and rising fuel prices have significantly increased our operational costs. While we’ve held off on raising our prices for as long as possible, the increase of £1 per lesson from the 1st of April was unfortunately necessary to cover the increases in pool hire costs.

We’re absolutely delighted to hear that your daughter has been part of the Water Babies journey since she was just 6 months old and that she’s now a confident 3-year-old swimmer who loves going underwater. Watching little ones grow in confidence and ability over the years is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do, so it’s fantastic to hear how much she enjoys her time in the water.

Starting young can make such a difference, and it’s brilliant that she’s built such a positive relationship with swimming. Developing water confidence, learning important safety skills, and most importantly having fun are all at the heart of our lessons, so it’s wonderful to know she’s thriving and enjoying every moment.

Rachel really is amazing and your kind words describe her perfectly. She has a wonderful ability to make lessons fun, engaging and confidence-building, especially for our Explorers swimming independently. We are so happy to hear how well the children are doing in our mainstream swimming lessons. It is brilliant to hear how much your son enjoys her lessons and that you can clearly see improvements in his strokes. The fact that snorkelling is his favourite part made us smile.

Thank you for your feedback on our parent portal. We’ve made quite a few new additions, including the ability to view all the skills your child is learning, as well as seeing all the treasures (badges, certificates, and stickers) they have collected along the way. Another new addition in the course section allows you to see all your upcoming swimming dates, log an absence, and receive a token for a catch-up lesson. We’re so glad to hear this is working well for you and that you’ve been able to book catch-up lessons; it’s great not to miss a session!
