Hi Thank you for your feedback, that's great to hear you are enjoying your classes, I do understand how disappointing cancellations are, please be assured we do try and cover lessons whenever possible if it is due to teacher illness, if it is a venue cancellation this is sadly out of our control.

Nikki is a wonderful teacher , softly spoken and makes the lesson so much fun . Would highly recommend.

I love the staff and Instructors
I love the staff and Instructors. My only concern is that it is not suitable for my SEN son who was the major reason I registered for the swimming class. My other son was having a blast after he settled with the routine.

My little girls loves water babies.
My little girl loves swimming and the Instructor is lovely. Everyone we talk to on phone will go above and beyond to help us with anything we need. The instructor is calm and so helpful and makes the whole experience so nice.

Waterbabies
Been doing waterbabies since little one was 4months old, he is now 34months.
Teachers are lovely and friendly especially Liv! Good class to get them use to the water and safety in the water.

I do have a nice experience with the Watter Babies, either the Swimming instructor or customer service!
The Water Babie is supporting us(as parents)and my baby, during the learning process, looking close to our needs,safety and making every class enjoyable,understandable and happy!

Wonderful, highly recommend
Swim sessions with Water Babies have been so enjoyable for our little one. Our 9mo now loves to be in the pool and we now feel confident to swim with him. Zahra is a great teacher!

I love the lessons and how my daughter…
I love the lessons and how my daughter is progressing, however, I feel like it is a bit inconsistent with different teachers and cancelling of lessons becoming more and more regular at the moment. I also dislike how some parents don’t care when they come into your class when they’re in the next class and how crowded it is when you’re trying to leave the poolside, I feel unsafe and it isn’t as intimate that way and my daughter sees other children go in, she wants to go back in.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, I am really pleased that you and your little one are enjoying your Water Babies lessons and seeing good progress, we do not want to cancel lessons and it really is only a last resort when we do this, if the pool is closed by the venue for whatever reason, air/water temperature, chemical levels, air handling reducing visibility, we will cancel as we will not compromise on safety for you, your little one or our teacher. We love our swimming lessons
The lessons are incredibly well organised and flow well. I feel my little one is safe at all times. Our instructor Liv is brilliant. She makes it fun and put you at ease if you’re ever anxious about a new. Me and my son are really loving the swimming lessons.

Water Babies is a great company.
Water Babies is a great company to start swimming lessons for your little one. I started swimming with my daughter when she was 2 months and she has loved every single lesson! She earned her first badge and I know these will be a great keepsake for her to look back on as she gets older. She is learning some great water safety skills which is the most important thing to me. Don’t be nervous to take your baby, they are in safe hands with the amazing instructors and you!

Never felt more supported!
We had our usual swimming lesson this week and a catch up due to being unwell. I can't thank water babies enough for the encouragement they have given me to keep going with lessons for my little girl. We have had the best 2 lessons with Zahra and Anne-Marie we even made it to going underwater without and fear or screaming. Thank you so much!
