Repeated cancellations
Paid for a month up front only for them to cancel 3 out of the 4 lessons, 2 were only a few hours before the lesson was supposed to happen. They then cancelled all sessions going forward. They did agree a refund of the lessons not received but just a really disappointing experience for a child just starting to develop water confidence, who took a lot of persuasion to get there in the first place. My daughter actually really enjoyed the only lesson she did have, so no reflection of the actual teacher only the organisation of the course.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, especially when your daughter had begun building confidence in the water and was enjoying her lesson.
We appreciate your kind words about the teacher, and we’re pleased to hear that the lesson she attended was a positive experience. We recognise that the repeated late cancellations and the cancellation of future sessions fell far short of the standard of service you should have received.
While we’re glad a refund was arranged for the missed lessons, we understand that this does not make up for the disruption and disappointment caused, particularly for a child just beginning their swimming journey.
Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team so we can review how courses are organised and communicated moving forward.

Not the right value for money
Whilst they can be very good, I personally felt that my toddler did not learn much due to very frequent class cancellations which resulted in excessive gaps within the classes. I would expect some improvements given the cost they charge.

Teacher is fantastic and so are the lessons. Also nice small classes however the facilities at cardinal wiseman are poor, pool water is not always warm but instead very cold most of the time, changing rooms are tiny and inadequate and no heating provided. We have since cancelled our sessions completely as this provider cannot provide a safe environment for my daughter to learn swimming.

We look forward to our Sunday swimming lesson. We started when my boy was 5 months old. The improvement I have seen in the pool and outside the pool is immense. He has now moved up in class and we couldn’t be happier. He is always smiling and loves his teacher. She is so engaging and he does not take his eyes off her!
