Only replied to my message asking whether my order would be delivered once I raised a dispute on PayPal. Wrote back saying the order would be refunded. He never bothered refunding it. I had to claim a charge back from my bank to get my money refunded. Just find somewhere else to order from.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. My experience reflects that of the reviews here exactly. Order stuck in "Processing" for going on two weeks now, and it is impossible to get a response from them using the only form of contact on offer - the contact form on the website. It should be a warning sign that a "company" doesn't provide a phone number on their site... My guess is that this is someone's hobby business, and they are not taking it very seriously. Avoid like the plague.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago now, order is still "processing". Customer service told me they are still waiting on the stock however their site never mentioned stock issues when I placed the order. Asked for an estimated delivery, had no reply.

Company has since been back in touch and provided me with a time frame and explained the circumstances around my order, more than happy to increase to 4 stars.

I ordered Ballygowan sports bottles of still water, I received glass ones, my kids will look stupid at gaa with these glass bottles, I ordered some Ribena, which didn't arrive and they just wrote "refunded" on the delivery note, and the fruice juice arrived, they got only one third of my order correct, it took 7 days to arrive and they only emailed me to say it was despatched after they were delivered

Ordered water and no delivery, I ve got two emails one confirming order and one that order was shipped- 3 weeks since order never received anything, contacted them twice and nothing,no answer, awful service!! I really wonder if I ever see my money back

Great prices and great customer service! No complaints. Got my order shortly after purchasing. I had a small question regarding delivery which was promptly answered by John.

Really like this service. Their delivery times are 3-5 working days and my products were delivered on the 5th working day. The prices are really good and come in perfect condition. Would highly recommend using them for ordering any drinks.

When I placed my first order, I waited over a week and heard nothing. I had to email the company but my order was sent out quickly after that. I wasn't sure about placing a second order but decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did - delivery was very prompt this time and prices are reasonable. I'll order again

Waited almost 2 weeks for an order to be delivered. Fastway provided awful service as usual on top of the company shipping late. When order arrived it was partial, missing a whole crate of drinks. I’ve emailed them and have received no response.

Avoid. It’s not worth the hassle.

Placed an order, was waiting a week and a half and still heard nothing. Emailed the company and had a quick response and order was sent out straight after. Great customer service. Would definitely use this company again
