I have ordered several items over the months / years with Waterdrop, and I am never truly disappointed. I love the bottles and interchangeable lids. I also love the various tastes of the drops themselves. The only thing I am not really happy with: the choice of their shipper.

I had to reach out to Customer Service due to FedEx having damaged the shipment. Contacted Elizabeth in Customer Service, she dealt with the issue immediately and was very helpful.

Been using waterdrops for a good few years now and I love the fact they come in a variety of flavours, they come in handy compact packets, save on packaging, and are low in sugar and are full of minerals.

Their products like glass bottles and thermos are brilliant. Highly recommended to anyone wanting quality natural flavours.

I'd love to be able to review the product, but am still waiting for it and can get no tracking information or help from Waterdrop. The do offer a "Shop" option, but it's intrusive in terms of my devices and I'm increasing sick of that. I can be found by my name and address, etc it doesn't need access to my device to tell when when I will receive it. If I do. As it is, optimistic that it should come by yesterday, I had planned to roll installation into a different plumber job (I'm not well enough to consider doing it) In terms of the offers and the likelihood I could get all sorts of offers, etc will my order I'd give them a 5. In terms of the product I can't say. In terms of delivery and tracking a 0 so far

Waterdrop are fantastic i highly recommend them.

If like me you don't drink enough water once you try one flavour of "Water drop" you're hooked. For over a year now, I've been ordering different flavours and I am overwhelmed by the flavour choices. If you care about the environment then "Water Drop" is a great reason to stop buying bottled drinks or tinned drinks. Í can't stop telling friends about the benefit of buying "Waterdrop" I am a long term customer. I cant see myself buying bottled drinks or tinned drinks again. "Waterdrop" is certainly my forever choice of soft drink. Once you try at least one flavour, you will not go back to those other brands of cold drinks.

As a UK customer I would have decided against “shop in UK store” if I knew, or was informed, that two boxes of 12 tabs (minimal cost) would be transported across most of Europe from Czechia to get to me. You make a big thing of “We are less plastic”, “We are recyclable” and “We reduce plastic” then leave a massive carbon footprint getting £18 of goods to me!!

I've been ordering Waterdrop for about 4 years now, delicious! All sugar free and natural if you need a boost some have added caffine. I always keep a few waterdrop in my bag.

Used to love it, quality just dropped. 50% of the capsules is faulty and instead of dissolving in the water it creates a weird foam at the top and the taste becomes diluted. Waste of money

The 1L bottles are amazing. Great quality, and keeps water cold for a long time. I have 2 of the 1L AO Bottles. The bottle itself and lid are both great. The 600ml bottles themselves are good quality, but the bamboo lids crack.

I‘ve been using Waterdrop‘s products for over a year now and I‘ve always been more than happy with all of the products as well as the service. The new grapefruit electrolytes are the perfect product for me because I drink waterdrops‘s electrolytes every single day and now they taste EXACTLY like my favorite drops (the regular grapefruit ones).

I ordered a Aussie open tennis bottle a week ago, and ive recieved it already from the czech republic. Well impressed with the bottle and highly recommend this company for the quality items they sell

great little drinks, makes carrying multiple bottles of fizzy/soft drinks around with you a thing of the past, great variety and options of caffeinated and electrolyte powered ones, improved taste over the past 2 years,

would love to be a rep though but lack of a following is holding me back :/

I love Waterdrop🫶🏻 for me it is an easy way to drink 2 or 3 litre per Day. Some flovours are not my taste, but I found my favourites🫶🏻

Very unpleasant, artificial taste. Was very disappointed in these. Wish I had checked there was a satisfaction guarantee, as even bought at half price via a supermarket these are expensive and below par. Any of you five star reviewers want to buy my 11 remaining capsules?

I received my order yesterday and im so impressed with the quality the drinks bottle is great and perfect thickness of the glass and keeps the drinks cooled.
I got the cola flavoured drops strawberry peach iced tea and mango and cherry boost love them all flavour is good quality cola one to bit to get used to but loving it now get a hint of caramel and cola taste.
not be long before i order more and try other kinds.
delivery was great and painless didn't need to contact waterdrops that's why i have given them a 5 star.
i lok forward to buying more

I bought a water bottle from Waterdrop a couple days ago, and its coating turned out to be faulty. I reached out to customer service and couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome I got. Very friendly and understanding staff, and I’m already getting a replacement bottle soon too! Thanks for helping me out.
