System is great. Installation not so much. Would be great if there was nothing in the cabinet under the sink as illustrated on the web site. My arms aren't long enough, my back hurts now, my arms feel like wet noodles, had to remove the disposal to access locations. After seven hours, I was done and it looked like a professional installation. Lines and cords properly routed. Water is fine. Next time I'll higher an installer.

Pump is quite loud. A significant amoutn of water gets wasted during shutoff. Water is clean and faucet looks nice, but the faucet outlet is just held on by 3 o-rings, making it very flimsy and woobly. Could've been done better. Also, there are currently NO replacement filters available, which I find absolutely crazy. How can you sell a water filter and have NO FILTERS available??? Makes me worried I just threw $300 into the trash.

It is a well-designed RO filter, good value and has worked well so far. Self-install went relatively smoothly, except for having to drill / expand a hole in SS sink. The operation document can be simplified more, particularly about how best to use it. Our incoming TDS from California Water Services 220-270 ppm right now. We installed it to reduce TDS and impurities not measured by the utility. We have not yet tested the outgoing water through a lab. TDS does drop down to 10-20 ppm. So, scaling we used to see in the electric tea kettle is gone.

We love this RO system with the remineralization. We’ve owned it now for almost two years and have had no issues with it. I’ve recommended to friends and family who have also purchased this one and love it as well. Takes up very little room under the sink and the water tastes phenomenal. I will be upgrading to the 1000gpd when this one goes bad because we use it so much.
