We had this for about a year, stopped working about two months ago. Been back and forth with customer service on how to fix it and they just keep asking for videos of what’s happening when I keep telling them whatever they tell me to do isn’t fixing the filter. I just want to return the product and after two emails of saying I want to return, no response. Now we’re down $400 for this expensive filter that isn’t even working. Save your money and just get a brita.
