Costumer service is really good! very responsive team. I would 100% recommend pay for the delivery insurance because, on my first order, the delivery service completely destroyed my K19 to the point where it could not be used at all. Thankfully, the Waterdrop team was great and fast solving the issue. I would say, don't pay for expedited shipping, it's not worth it. Water taste can be great or pretty neutral depending on the quality of water you are used to. It was a big improvement from my refrigerator filter. No bleachy aftertaste, the best water that I have tasted? no, it could use some remineralization but is it a bad taste overall? not at all. definitely an improvement from tap water and bad carbon filters, considering my tap water smells and tastes like straight chlorine. To be fair, the taste was not my issue, I was more concern about the many contaminants that are in tap water; an issue that a common carbon filter cannot solve but RO systems can! My only suggestion for the design is, please make the water tank handle more sturdy, it is cheapely made. I can tell it will break easily if I attempt to hold the full tank using that handle.
