I am satisfied with the product, but your customer service is horrible. I could not find where to order filters on your website -- you make it very difficult. Went on chat and it must have been AI because it was so bad. I accidentally redeemed my points for 5% discount, however, after I redeemed it, I realized it had to be for orders of $100 or more so now I am losing those points because they expire next month and I don't need any more filters. unbelieveable.

I love that Waterdrop makes it convenient to replace the RO X12 system’s filters. For customers who have to replace their filters by themselves, that is foresight on the part of Waterdrop to make their product user-friendly and convenient. I am truly happy to have purchased my Waterdrop RO X12 system. It has an 11-stage filter mechanism and a built in UV filter that does not require changing and will last the life of the RO unit itself. Waterdrop loves its customers and their customers love them back!

The TDS on the new filter is 52 to 55. The old filter was 18. Not sure why this new filter TDS is so high.
