I am highly recommending Waterdrop to people I know, not only for a great product, but for the outstanding customer service! The RO unit is more compact than others. I didn't want to attempt drilling a hole in the kitchen sink, so I hired a plumber to install the WaterDrop, and he was so impressed with it that he said he would now recommend this over all of the other RO units with separate tanks.
