Bought it thinking I would need a plumber to install it. Even though the installation instructions were not clear, I figured it out. They didn't explain the pex valve fitting under the water faucet at all, and at first I thought it was an extra part. The plumbing was as easy as a toilet flush valve or ballcock replacement. They hinted at how to hook up the pex fittings with locking rings bur I figured it out and have no leaks. The unit was larger than I thought but it did fit nicely under the right side of my sink. The alkaline water itself is very good and I have no complaints. It looks like it is well made. I couldn't get the order site to take the $30 off discount. I emailed customer service and they gave me a $50 credit. If you're on the fence, just buy this one. You will not be disappointed. Chatgpt also said this was the best one for me. It was right.
