This is a very good product but installing was little tricky in my case because I have garage disposal with dishwasher. I wish waterdrop would include installation guide specific my scenario which is very common across households. I am giving it five start because it removed the metal from the water. My tds is 15-20. It tastes great also, you would not notice that you were drinking any filter water.
It is very compact and well-made, and looks very attractive.
I probably have installed this unit slightly different than normal, I hooked it directly to my refrigerator water. Unfortunately because I didn't install the faucet, I don't have the electronic part of the system. The reduction to 1/4" slows up the flow a bit. I have installed many of these units for customers. Everybody seems to like the system, even years later.

I do like the product. Minor dislike about water turn on. It takes a few seconds for the water to start running after turning tge knob in. It's a little annoying but still manageable.
It's very quiet and water flow is as advertised. Great efficiency and potential for low maintenance. We'll know after we break it in for a while
All Around best filter and kit they have thought out everything from connections to faucet this is the most complete kit i have ever purchased been around, this is one class act and it delivers clean fresh water purchase this filter system you will be glad you did
Have called in 2 times to order complete set of filters keep getting the run around & hung up on,, not to happy about filter sales. When i ordered the unit new,, was texted filter set was $125 complete set. I always want to keep extra set on hands. Hope you can resolve this problem Thx Bob Hill

This was a Christmas gift from my son. The water where I live is not tasty, or in my opinion healthy. I have enjoyed using this system. As a senior, I no longer have the aggravation of buying bottled water for my drinking and cooking needs. I do not know what he paid; therefore the NA on that question.

I really like the design compared to the wall mount RO system I had (Whirlpool WHER18). It sits nicely under the kitchen sink. I could not have been any easier to install. A few things that could be better though: the motor is quite noisy when water is running, the spout exit hole is pointed at an angle so the water stream tends to miss the container as it starts slowly and picks up pressure, the rate of flow is not as strong as my old RO system. But, I definitely feel that the pros outweigh the cons.
This is a great water filtration system. Very easy install instructions and great tasting water.

I only installed this two weeks ago to replace my old Pelican RO unit. So far I’m happy with the decision. Unlike the pelican the water is a constant steam and does not stop after 2 cups. The unit was easy to install and the instructions were very good.
