Love the design and quality of this setup, my only issue is the stock filters. My water is around 315 ppm, with the stock supplied filters, I was getting down to 7 ppm. That lasted for one wash (final rinse only), then the readings dropped to 10, 17, 27, 40 in the next few washes. I switched to two empty filter canisters and filled with DI filter media, both found on Amazon… first test, 0 ppm. And still 0 ppm after three washes. I would recommend this unit, thumbs up 👍

For such a nice looking filter, engineering must not understand the needs of the auto detail community, Although a very nice looking unit, the expectation that you will use the product at 1 gpm is far off the needs of the intended audience. The filters are laughably small for the 4 x 10" canisters. TDS never reaches the desired 0 ppm and soon run through their life. This filter has so much potential for the home detail hobbies. A revamp of the filters to increase their volume would make this an excellent product.

1. You mentioned that the cartridge size is small, resulting in a flow rate of 1 gallon per minute (1 gpm) that does not meet your needs. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We will consider making improvements to our products to meet a wider range of market needs.

2. You mentioned that the TDS value fails to reach 0 ppm and the cartridge runs out of life quickly. This is closely related to local water quality. Water quality varies greatly from region to region, and so does the amount of dissolved solids (TDS) in the water. In some areas with poor water quality, the life of the cartridge may be significantly shorter. We recommend that you monitor your water quality regularly to get a better idea of how the cartridge is working. We are also investigating ways to improve the performance and life of our cartridges under different water conditions by improving their materials and design.
